With Gamma, I’ve grown beyond the limits I thought were possible. I had started with another company as an Accounts associate. I used to only manage that. But when I joined Gamma, Bauskar sir pushed me to do multiple things and take on multiple responsibilities. Back then, I was not sure if I would be able to do all of that. But with his guidance and support, I pushed through, and I have reached the stage I am at today. I’m glad he made that choice and helped me grow to this level.
