With Gamma, I’ve grown beyond the limits I thought were possible. I had started with another company as an Accounts associate. I used to only manage that. But when I joined Gamma, Bauskar sir pushed me to do multiple things and take on multiple responsibilities. Back then, I was not sure if I would be able to do all of that. I grew up in a nearby village and completed my Diploma at the Shree Vidyavardini Educational Academy. Gamma Group manages the college, so I knew about their values and their work long before I graduated. Immediately after my course, they hired me as a Junior Engineer at the processing plant. Most of my friends had to leave the village and go to big cities to find engineering jobs. I am proud that I can build a professional career in the top-class industry right here in my hometown.
