Mineral Water

Operated by our subsidiary Westside Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd., this division bridges industrial scale with community health. As an official Bisleri co-packer, we operate a fully automated line producing 200,000 bottles per day, adhering to rigorous hygiene protocols.

How is it Processed?

Raw water undergoes a multi-barrier purification process to eliminate microbiological and chemical contaminants while retaining essential mineral balance.

Source & Filtration

Raw water is drawn and passed through sand filters and activated carbon filters to remove suspended solids, odors, and organic impurities.

Advanced Purification

The water moves through Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes for de-mineralization, followed by re-mineralization (if required) and Ozonation to ensure absolute sterility.

Bottling & Capping

The purified water enters a sterile RFC (Rinse-Fill-Cap) Monoblock machine. Bottles are blown, rinsed, filled, and capped in a touch-free environment at 200 bottles per minute.

Quality Check & Dispatch

Every batch is held for microbiological testing in our on-site lab. Once cleared, the bottles are labeled, packed into cases, and dispatched via our logistics fleet.
